ONLINE RISK ASSESSMENT WITH RISKID
Current legislation and regulations require organisations to gain better insights into their potential risks and related causes. ITDS has developed a online Risk Assessment. This identifies risks in your organisational processes in which potential threats are dealt with.
In accordance with you strategic goals, we will bring internal and external factor to light. This will influence your business operations. The risk assessment focusses on identifying or revise the existing risks on strategic and operational level.
During the risk assessment we stimulate discussing the underlying challenge that the participants face in making risks tangible, all the while ensuring a positive but critical stance between participants where their opinions are weighed against each other.
The results of the risk assessment (approximated duration of two weeks) will be summarized and presented in a management summary. On the basis of this report the choice can be made to further mitigate the identified risks or accept them. This decision making process is supported by our counselling.
We use the online risk tool RISKID also in the execution of risk assessments. The advantage of this tool is that the participants independently identifying risks, estimating chance and impact, and categorizing risks in advance of the assessment. Also, automatic dashboards and reports can be generated after the assessment within the tooling. This will provide your organisation with an inline risk dossier that easy to maintain. The online risk dossier will form the basis for further defining, tangible, control measures which ensure overseeing your risks and providing reports accordingly.
