Social Media Insurance Monitor
Since 2011, ITDS has been issuing the annual Social Media Insurance Monitor: an independent report on the use of Social Media by insurers. Published as SoMe, a tastefully layed out magazine. The Monitor quickly became a reference tool, eagerly followed by the industry.
Last year we carried out the first European survey into the use of Social Media by insurers. As a logical next step, in 2016 we launched the first worldwide research into the deployment of Social Media by international insurers.
